If you cannot reach your iLs-trained provider, please attempt to contact them using the information they've provided, before reaching out to iLs.

Contact an iLs Program Consultant, who will process your RMA (return authorization) and guide you through the return process
Once your RMA is processed, you will receive two emails:
- from iLs that details return instructions
- from FedEx that contains your return label. Please note: The email from FedEx typically is marked as spam - check your spam folder for this email!
Print out the FedEx return label and affix to the outside of the box or package in which you have placed your Focus Home Program. Drop off your box or package at the nearest FedEx location. Once iLs receives your Focus Home Program return, we will stop all monthly payments associated with your Focus Home Program rental, and return your system to our inventory.
