While we invite you to keep your equipment as a back up in the short-term, you may find that you no longer need it. To return your SSP equipment, please use the RETURN link found in the footer (bottom) of every page on our website.
This link will take you to a form you will complete to indicate your request to return equipment. The form will be automatically sent to our Client Success team.
Our team will authorize your return and submit your Return Authorization (RMA) and you will receive an email with further instructions.
Shipping costs to return SSP equipment are the responsibility of the user.
PLEASE NOTE: An RMA is required before your return can be processed. To ensure that your account is properly noted and you do not incur any additional charges, please submit this form before returning any equipment back to iLs.
